  Well presented and accomplished Gan Shalom! Your setting is idyllic. I love the fact your location is almost directly in between Orinda and Martinez and California outside the western edge of Briones Regional Park. The view on your grounds is one of a protected peace with a nice view of the green hills and trees all around. Sunny and pleasant and quiet. Were I to be buried this is one of the places I'd consider.
  
  As it was I attended the funeral of a friend. Know what I do about the family's desire for an accurate and respectful handling of family members, I praise Gan Shalom's staff for the quick and considerate services provided. On the day of the funeral the Rabbi and the staff members were kind as you could imagine any to be. People attending outside of Judaism were well accommodated in both consideration of their own views and in readings in both Hebrew and English. I loved the explanation of the meaning as well as the words. My thanks to the Rabbi and the staff for such nice handling of everything.
  
  As you might expect amenities included plenty of parking space, tissues, water, a air conditioned chapel on site, and a green awning at the outdoor seating providing shade and solace from the sun. All of the cemetery is on flat ground. On that day it was important to have this property due to at least one attendee who was having a hard time walking. So the ease of transitioning from the chapel to the grave site was much appreciated. One additional detail I noted is Gan Shalom seems to be in an mobile service shadow region. Some text messages did get through but most communications were limited. The location provided a natural way limit cell phone calls and keep the service respectful.
  
  Judging by the appearance of the other plots and grounds at Gan Shalom the gardening and grounds crew do a great job of taking care of the place.
  
  I am confident my friend will be well take care of until his family joins him when their time comes.
